More Energy Care Services provide complex care support from any setting to clients who have a range of complex care needs. As with all packages of care our focus is on delivering a person centred package of care tailored to each clients specific needs. Emphasis is on promoting independence, encouraging choice and supporting our clients to manage their condition and live life fully.

Every service user has a different expectation, and we work hard to make sure that those expectations are met. We understand that the way things are done are important and create a care plan which is developed to meet those needs in the most effective way possible with the involvement of all interested parties.

We continually reassess our care services  through our open and honest communication with our team and our clients, we react to changes as they occur and ensure that care plans are kept up to date. We have a team which is service eccentric and is ever ready to offer world class service to our targeted recipients. 

Our services are tailored so as to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our service delivery. Prior to us starting working with the client we introduce our team members first and get them acquainted with both the client and the agreed care plan. Shadow shifts are done with existing providers before the full implementation of the package. Management will be actively involved in the first month before slowly allowing the care coordinators to take offer. Even so we will continuously engage the client periodically for feed back and on areas that require ironing out.
